disruptive noise small room
the location was convenient.
The room was small. Maneuvering with luggage was a real struggle. the noise from adjacent rooms was disruptive. I could clearly hear conversations and other disturbances. the lack of proper soundproofing severely impacted my sleep and overall stay.

The location was good, close to many shops. I loved that there was air conditioning in the room. It was really convenient.
The showerhead WAS broken. The neighbors were REALLY noisy and it was impossible to sleep before 1:30 am.

helpful staff easy delivery convenient feature
the front desk staff was genuinely helpful. they readily gave directions and answered questions promptly. i also noticed the provision of easy food delivery options with partnerships for room service, a convenient feature for travelers. the proximity to the embassy made it a manageable and pleasant walk for my business needs.
the room was a bit small, and i noticed the sink faucet seemed slightly loose.
